The way the work goes.

Four weeks, start to finish. Fixed fee, paid in two installments. No 40-page decks.

01

Coffee & discovery

We meet — at your place or mine — and walk through a normal week. No slides, no forms.

Week 1
02

The quiet work

I go away and look at the data, test tools, interview your team if needed. You get your time back.

Week 2
03

The plan

A short, ranked list of what to build, what to buy, and what to ignore. Written in English.

Week 3
04

Ship it

We build the top item together. You end the month with something actually working.

Week 4
N° 04

What you'll walk away with.

Every engagement produces the same four tangible things. Nothing vague, nothing 'strategic' that you can't point at.

D/01

A ranked opportunity map

A short written document — not a 40-page deck — listing every place AI could help your business, ranked by time saved and cost. Hours to reclaim, what it would take to get there, which are worth doing and which aren't.

D/02

At least one working thing

Every engagement ships something. A custom GPT your team actually uses. A workflow that automates an afternoon of work. A tool you already pay for, now pulling its weight. Not a prototype — the real thing.

D/03

A team that isn't afraid of it

The tools change every six months. The skill of using them doesn't. Your team leaves knowing what AI is good at, what it's bad at, and how to tell the difference on their own.

D/04

Something to show your accountant

A before-and-after on the work we tackled — time, dollars, or both. In your own words, on your own timeline. If there's nothing to show, I'll be the first to say so.

N° 05

About the practice.

One consultant. One town. No layers of account managers or junior associates.

Susan Daniero

Hey — I'm the whole operation.

I'm Susan Daniero. Originally from Virginia, now based in Mt. Pleasant. I've spent my career in sales management and as an entrepreneur — most recently founding and running a digital agency for 14 years, which I sold in 2025.

Meeting Street AI brings that experience to small businesses here in the Lowcountry. The gap between what AI can do for a 3–50 person business and what most 3–50 person businesses are actually doing with it is enormous — and widening. I'd like to help close it, one kitchen table at a time.

No offshore team, no sales funnel, no retainers unless you ask. Just me, showing up, and working through the problem with you.

How I work.

Fourteen years running my own agency taught me how I want to show up for clients. These commitments hold whether you're the first Meeting Street AI client or the hundredth.

P/01

Vendor-neutral, always.

Zero affiliate deals with any AI or software company. When I recommend a tool, it's the right one for you — often that means using what you already have.

P/02

Fixed fees. Two installments.

Half on commencement, half on delivery. No retainers required, no hourly creep, no surprise invoices. You'll know the price before we start.

P/03

Honest 'no' when it fits.

About one in five businesses I talk to doesn't actually need me. If that's you, I'll say so in the free 30-minute call — before you've paid a dollar.

P/04

NDA-first, data-careful.

Every engagement starts with a signed mutual NDA. Nothing of yours goes into a public AI tool without your explicit say-so. Medical, legal, and accounting practices get specific data-handling attention.

P/05

Plain English, all the way through.

No 'synergy,' no 'leverage,' no buzzwords. If I can't explain it at a kitchen table, I don't understand it well enough to recommend it.

P/06

Founding-client partnership.

The first five Meeting Street AI engagements get preferred pricing, extended follow-up, and — with your permission — become the local case studies this page will feature.

N° 09

Questions people ask.

Don't see yours? It's probably easier to just book the 30-minute call.

Fair question. Meeting Street AI is new, but I'm not. I spent 14 years building and running a digital agency that I sold in 2025, plus years in sales management before that — so the problem-solving, the client relationships, the knowing what actually ships and what doesn't, is all well-worn ground. What's new is the focus: applying modern AI to small Lowcountry businesses. Founding clients get preferred pricing, extended follow-up, and my full attention while the roster is small.
Especially for you. Most owners I work with have never written a line of code. They run restaurants, law offices, boutiques. My job is to handle the technical side so you don't have to. If you can use a smartphone, we'll be fine.
A vendor sells you their thing. I'm vendor-neutral — zero affiliate deals with any AI or software company, so when I recommend a tool, it's because it's the right one for you. Often I recommend you don't buy anything and just use what you already have.
I'll tell you. In the free 30-minute call, before you've paid a dollar. About one in five businesses I talk to doesn't need me — their workflow is already tight, or the spots AI would help aren't worth the effort. That's a fine answer.
I work in-person anywhere in the tri-county area (Charleston, Berkeley, Dorchester). Remote engagements are available for clients elsewhere in the Lowcountry, though I prefer the first meeting to be face-to-face when possible.
Every engagement starts with a signed mutual NDA. I'll walk you through which tools I recommend based on your industry's data rules — medical practices, law firms, and accounting firms all get specific attention. Nothing goes into a public AI tool without your explicit say-so.
A real conversation, not a sales pitch. I'll ask about your business, what's eating your week, and where you think AI might help. By the end you'll have at least one concrete thing to try — whether or not you hire me.

Let's spend 30 minutes on your business.

Free, no pitch. We'll talk through what's eating your week and I'll tell you — honestly — whether AI can help. If not, I'll say so.
